An American Red Ale, brewed for the sophistication of anchorman Ron Burgundy. Deep in a rich mahogany color, balanced maltiness, followed by a pronounce hop character. A pungent hop aroma and flavor is delivered by the use of Columbus, Summit, and Cascade hops; followed by a medium bitterness.
Originally brewed as a collaboration beer with Tap 25, this session style ale remains one of our top sellers. Brewed with 2 base malts, 2-row and wheat malt; the addition of flaked oats give this light beer a mild smooth body. With lots of hop flavor, big dry hop, and mild bitterness; this rotating hop series beer is sure to satisfy all; especially on those hot days!
This session IPA is gold in color, light in body, and crisp. A simple malt bill with a touch of crystal and Vienna malt, allows the hops to shine. Huge notes of citrus and tropical fruit, hits you both on the palate and nose. This beer can satisfy even the biggest hop head!
A true “West Coast” IPA, which is hop forward without the extreme hop bitterness. Light in body and color; this beer is bursting with huge citrus and tropical aromas. The name comes from the Rolling Stone’s song “Gimme Shelter”, which is also the name of the movie that documents the Altamont Concert of 1969.
A huge DANKY-RESINOUS double IPA for those extreme hop heads. With four plus pounds of hops per bbl of beer, the hop aroma and flavor are sticky on both the nose and palate. A simple malt bill, a touch of crystal malt, and brewed using the ‘hop bursting’ technique; this beer truly is a West Coast style hop bomb.
A wheat ale brewed with pale malt, white wheat, and a touch of Munich; finished with natural fruit puree. This beer finishes dry, with a residual creaminess from the lactose added; mellow, crisp, and fruity for those hot summer days. (Seasonal fruit used)

Release #1 of our new sour program. Our first ever beer hitting bottles and being released exclusively out of our taproom, in wax dipped 750ml bottles. We began this barrel project with a blonde wheat beer, fermented with our house yeast, in stainless. After primary fermentation, we transferred the beer to the barrels where Funky Operator was aged; our natural/spontaneous fermented sour oatmeal stout. After six months in the barrel, we added peaches and apricots along with some additional lactobacillus for some more tartness and funk. After six more months of aging in the barrels, we pulled the beer off of the wood, and back into the tank for bottling. What we created, is a refreshing, perfectly balanced sour blonde. With some sour notes and funk on the nose, the beer starts off tart, with a mellow sourness and saltiness to finish on the pallet. Nuances of fresh orchard fruits balance out the tartness with a lingering flavor of fresh apricots.
A collaborative oat/wheat IPA brewed with our friends from Revision Brewing Co. in Nevada. This IPA was meant to have a soft mouth feel, solid hop flavor, and an intense aroma; all while keeping it clear. We decided on a trio of insane hops; NZ Nelson Sauvin, AU Galaxy, and US Simcoe. A mix of flavors and aromas come from each hops; NZ diesel/dank from the Nelson, intense tropical from the AU Galaxy, and pine/passion fruit/melon from the Simcoe. This IPA was meant to satisfy all.
A IIPA that is far from a NE style IIPA; the anti haze beer! This IIPA is 100% 2-row malt and 100% Mosaic hops; it’s juicy, above the clouds, hoppy, crystal clear, pillowy soft, not bitter, and in your M-F’n face with hops! Keeping true to our West Coast/ABW style; this beer has a huge aroma and even bigger flavor: notes of melon, mango, pineapple, guava, and cannabis. PROTEST-MAKE BEER CLEAR AGAIN!

This pale ale is clean, crisp, and full of hops. A touch of crystal 60, gives this beer a minor, malt sweetness, but finishes dry. Loaded with Simcoe and experimental 05256 hops, the huge aroma delivers a pine, citrus, danky-resinous character.
She’s blonde, light, and refreshing! Ditch the UGGs, pass up the skinny vanilla latte, and grab a pint. This summer blonde is everything needed for a hot day. A touch of honey malt gives this light beer a subtle malt sweetness, but finishes dry and crisp.
“I pledge allegiance to the pint of the United Dank of America, and to the hops for which they stand, one fermentation under yeast, in collaboration, with malt and water for all.” This juicy IIPA was brewed in collaboration with the good folks of Cellarmaker Brewing Company. Of course we had a few things in mind; make it hoppy, use the best hops, a IIPA, and have it be hazy/juicy (well not exactly). After being bribed by a 2.5 gallon keg of Cellarmakers finest, we caved in, and pledged to make it hazy, juicy, turbid, or whatever the hell you want to call it. Hopped up with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Exp. 07270, Motueka, and Equinox.
Nothing screams Merica’ and FREEDOM more than a light rice/adjunct filled lager from the big three; actually, we think we can do better. A more tropical approach to your “West Coast” style IPA; Maui Waui has proven to be one of our more popular beers! This single malt IPA is light in color and body; with a soft bitterness. The Mosaic and Citra hops give strong aromas and flavors of guava, pineapple, and mango.

A triple IPA brewed for San Francisco Beer Week, and as the name states, it ain’t around much; only once a year. With loads of Citra and Centennial hops, the tropical/citrus flavors and aromas are intense. This beer finishes smooth and dry, with little residual sweetness.
A collaboration pale ale brewed with Fieldwork Brewing Co. and Beer Revolution for Beer Rev’s 5 year anniversary. This “red” pale ale is clean, has a touch of malt sweetness, and has loads of hop flavor and aroma! Equinox, Citra, and Galaxy hops pack huge amounts of tropical fruit and dank.

This imperial oatmeal stout drinks rich, smooth, and warm. There is a robust chocolate and espresso aroma, which is followed by the smell of sweet oatmeal. This full bodied stout has a very creamy mouth feel which leaves bold flavors of fresh roasted coffee and cocoa. Enjoy sipping this dark, decadent beer slowly and enjoy the flavors and aromas.
A barrel aged funky version of our Smooth Operator oatmeal stout; aged over raspberries for a year and a half in a mix of Nottingham Cellar Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. The beer finishes dry and tart with a subtle chocolate, raspberry flavor.

Teaming up with Goodguys Rod & Custom Association we came up with an easy drinking, light, hop forward session ale for the 29th West Coast Nationals. 100% Golden Promise malt gives the beer a solid malt base and a golden color, while the 100% Citra hops gives the beer a soft bitterness with a balanced hop flavor and aroma. Notes of citrus and tropical fruit make this beer perfect for those hot days at the show.
Paying homage to the Simcoe hop; this crushable IPA has a touch of crystal malt, candy-like sweetness, to balance the hoppy aroma and flavor. Some may get a catty character from Simcoe; however, we think it’s a kick ass hop. Big flavors of citrus, pine, and melon; followed by an aroma of tropical fruit and melon. This IPA is crisp, clean, and super tasty.
A big juicy IIPA brewed for our 500th batch; designed by one of our brewers Richie. He had two things in mind for this Imperial Oat IPA; make it big and make it hoppy! Large amounts of oats, a presence of English crystal malts, and massive hop bill makes this beer aggressive, yet smooth and easy to drink. A crazy amount of Mandarina, Summit, Centennial, and Simcoe gives this beer a danky, yet creamy orange/citrus flavor and aroma.
A brighter, crisper, slightly hoppier spin on the traditional Belgian pale ale style. Hop Top is a dry hopped Belgian Pale Ale; made with 100% pilsner malt, hop-bursted and dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Lemon Drop. Unlike most traditional Belgian beers, the esters and phenols are low due to lower fermentation temperatures. This beer is crisp, with subtle hints of clove, and full of bright citrus hop aroma and flavors.
When Steve and Ken sat down to brainstorm the collab beer, there was only two things in mind; hops and IPA. A simple grain bill of 2-Row, wheat, and crystal malt allows the hops to do all the talking. Loaded with Amarillo, Simcoe, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops; this beer has a distinct tropical flavor. Huge notes of guava, papaya, and pineapple are big on the palate and nose; followed by a slight touch of dank.
This nullius filius is comprised of Red X, acid malt and a copious amount of hops. Virtually all the hops are late addition, imparting flavor and aroma to spare without a lot of hop bitterness. Blood red in hue and dank in nose, we hope to shock your collective systems. Finishes dry with hints of caramel pastry. A tad citrusy, tropical and a little catty, Project X smells of downtown Denver post-legalization and pours with a slight off-white head.

A collaboration pale ale brewed for the Oakland A’s home opener with Mraz Brewing Co. out of El Dorado Hills. This pale ale is huge on the tropical/citrus hop aromas and flavors from the Citra, Mosaic, and Lemon Drop hops. With a simple malt bill of 2-row, Pilsner, and Munich malt; this pale is clean, easy drinking, with a touch of malt and hop sweetness…perfect for a tailgate!
A crushable IPA brewed for Ale Arsenal’s anniversary. This beer has two malts: Pilsner and Pale, and two hops: Mosaic and Simcoe. With a huge tropical fruit and pineapple nose, this beer was designed to be light and drinkable.
Long hot Summer days call for crushable, light, refreshing beers; and that is exactly what Mango Crush is. The blend of pilsner and wheat malt, with a touch of honey malt, gives this beer a unique crisp mouth feel with subtle nuances of honey. The addition of natural mango leaves you reminiscing of biting into an über fresh mango in the sun, and leaves your palate with hints of sweet melon.
A traditional Belgian Witbier; our take on the mass produced beer embedded in our minds at all stadiums, on billboards, and on TV; you know, the one you put an orange slice in. Rocky Moon is brewed with sweet orange peel and coriander. This beer finishes dry and crisp, leaving subtle nuances of spice and esters from the Belgian yeast.
Do you ever feel guilty, promiscuous, or dirty about your love for DANK beers; do you need someone to talk to? If so, we are here for you, with a new beer. This flavor bomb IIPA is juicy, DANKY, and feels so wrong, but so damn right. Loaded with Galaxy, Citra, Equinox, NZ Rakau, and Apollo; flavors of ripe melon, citrus, tropical fruit, and dank, make this IIPA loose and easy drinking.
Nutty Operator is a peanut butter version of Smooth Operator, a smooth, rich, full-bodied oatmeal stout. Heavy on the oats and chocolate malt, this complex beer balances out with a medium roast character, followed by huge flavors and aromas of peanut butter; like drinking a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. (NO PEANUT ALLERGY WARNING)
When beer meets margarita…this salty, tart wheat beer is very reminiscent of a grapefruit margarita. A simple grain bill of pale malt and white wheat gives this kettle sour a nice body; yet, it is very light and refreshing. After the kettle souring process, we added pure pink Himalayan sea salt to the boil. Post fermentation we added loads of natural Ruby Grapefruit puree for some additional tartness and mild bitterness. As a result this light, crushable kettle sour will slightly pucker your lips, as the grapefruit flavor leads to a salty aftertaste.
